This team develops and supports the newly developed customer mobile app for nearly 5.4 million customers in 11 states! This mobile application team members are responsible for understanding the business strategy and helping to translate that into user stories that result in quality, easy to use, technically sound, and market viable mobile applications. Customer mobile applications are a key component to the customer experience strategy and the larger IT digital strategy. Selected candidate will join a team of developers that continuously pair program in both iOS and Android platforms. The Mobile Application team is diligent about following modern development practices therefore all candidates must be open to pair programming as well as test driven development. In addition they must have experience with or a strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment. The ideal candidate will have the following attributes: Required Attributes: 1. Either proficient in iOS or Android SDK and willing to learn to the opposite 2. Desire and ability to work in an environment with test-driven development (TDD), continuous integration, and pair programming 3. Experience in stewarding an app through development, testing, and publishing in the App store including beta testing, certificate signing, profiles, review processes, etc. 4. Possess passion for learning and continuous improvement Additional qualities: 1. Understanding of UI controls and developer tools 2. Familiar with development tools needed to perform the job 3.
