Team Oriented and can work independently. • Should have good written and oral communication skills. Documenting the design specs, unit test results etc. • Experience in Architecting proactive solutions, supporting clients with value-adds. • Responsible for leading the teams end-to-end. • Experience in using continuous integration using tools such as Jenkins & GIT to source control test assets and execute test runs Standard Requirements General • Excellent communication and inter-personal skills • Agile experience – at least 2+ years • Forward thinking, independent, creative, self-sufficient and go-getter; who can work with less documentation, has exposure testing complex multi-tiered integrated applications. Professional competences Required qualifications to be successful in this role Overall 8+ years of J2EE experience and out of which 3 years of DROOLS and Java Spring is Mandatory Excellent Communication Skills Test Driven Development [TDD] and Behavioral Driven Development [BDD] Healthcare knowledge is an added advantage The candidate should have a deep understanding of SQLs, database designs and implementation strategies, leveraging Oracle as a data warehouse. • Primary Skillset – Java J2EE, Drools/BRMS, Java Spring, Oracle, SQL.
