This position is a business facing position, they will not be IT focused. This individual will gather requirements and work with Starbucks partners and the IT group to work on an enhancements to SAP. Open to individuals with either IT or business facing backgrounds. They need to translate the IT speak to allow the business groups to understand and vice versa. Project: break fixes and small enhancements for SAP. An example could be service packs that they implement throughout the year, as well as working on small things like regular maintenance. A fix would come in, they would need to analyze the project, work with IT to create a solution and deliver to the business. Must Have: SAP HR/Payroll modules - gathering requirements for the module, functional analyst within SAP would be good Nice to Have: Someone who has had experience with Agile would be great but not required as they are a hybrid waterfall and agile. *** TO REMEMBER: This is truly an HR/Payroll module so candidates need to come from SAP HR/Payroll specific backgrounds*** Interviews: Work samples of past business requirements theyve gathered would be great. Support our HR clients, intake of compliance and bug fixes for our shared services and compensation/benefits teams What does a typical work day entail? What are the daily tasks/responsibilities/deliverables? Consult with clients on business needs, collect business requirements/user stories, testing, process mapping and documentation, working with IT on delivery of solutions What are the must/nice to have skills you are looking for in this CW? This is a business facing role so strong consulting and communication skills a must. Experience with process mapping and SOP documentation a must. Previous experience with SAP HR modules a must (3+ years experience), Agile methodology experience a plus. This person will be working with clients that have a lot of different personalities, being able to manage those relationships, move and shift to the clients needs when appropriate. There will also be a lot of relationship building in the coming months as well. Experience with systems integration. High level testing experience will be beneficial. Trying to not slow down the progression with deep integrated testing. Will be meeting directly with clients, so needs to have high business acumen, proactively meeting with the right groups. Being a self starter will be huge. Creating requirement, revisions, maintain requirements.
