Background tech is great, can understand what is going on behind the scenes Heavily involved in Microsoft (Excel, Word, SharePoint, Visio is always welcome) TFS is also in their world, a plus here Experience and strong understanding of the SDLC processes Understand the PM world, certain things, waterfall type world, the processes have to go in order to be successful in this space Soft Skills Comm is huge here to be able to express what is expected of end users, help teams through the migration process Someone who is engaging, thought ventured, really organized, handling multiple apps as they go on Also quick on the uptake, wants to work, proactive, looking for extra, have some people in the past that are not that way Very quick fast moving environment, roll with punches DO NOT NEED TO HAVE Cloud experience, can teach the tech knowledge Previous Wells Fargo- dont think its a killer, familiar is a plus, good reference would be nice Interview Process Cathi will do the 1st round, if she likes she will hire, just has to ask Angelica Angelica will do 2nd round if she has any questions about the candidate Notes : Will not accept OPT candidates   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
