Act as the project coordinator and engage the various DPS IT Supervisors to create a plan to upgrade these applications to the last Microsoft development technology - Identify all applications that need upgraded and track progress - Coordinate with resource managers and develop upgrade schedules - Coordinate with business owners to build and execute test plans - Coordinate and lead User Acceptance Testing; including the creation of test scenarios and test plans - Issue tracking, resolution, status reporting, weekly management meetings, daily stand up meetings, etc. - Track costing against allocated amounts and report accordingly Skills to Drive (S2D) Table Application: - DPS/BMV has partners with a third party vendor to provide class D driver examiners tablets that will replace the current paper/pen method of administering the tests. Provide project management and task support to DPS project manager who is leading the project. - Under the direction of the DPS S2D PM, complete all assigned tasks including leading project meetings, status reporting, issue logging, rollout planning, etc. - Coordinate with the BMV, DX and vendor to configure hardware and software; and then test - Coordinate testing at each location to determine where solution will and will not work; for locations where 4g coverage is spotty, work with vendor on contingency - Develop and execute rollout schedule During the interview process with the ODPS staff, the resource consultant must demonstrate competence/experience in their specific area(s) of project assignment. The resources experience must also be documented for review and verification. Offered resources not showing technical or functional competence/experience will be sufficient reason to reject the Offerors proposal.
