Description: Be able to support multiple highly complex and/or critical systems and may require designing or integrate technical solutions that may cross multiple Systems and platforms. Be able to serve as a technical lead and may have resource and people management responsibilities. Be able to work with Business sponsors to understand their requirements and be able clearly communicate and document the requirements. Be able to translate the business requirements into technical requirements and define the scope based on user needs and understanding of the business process. Collaborate with Enterprise Architects to determine the technical solutions and ensures compliance with organization technology standard. Ensure completeness of Technical requirements and functional architecture analysis for the design and implementation of solutions. Investigate, resolve and escalate problems and develop recommendation for resolution. Analyzes feasibility studies and draft proposals for evaluation by stakeholders. Keep abreast of new and emerging technologies and show willingness to deep drive approach of existing systems. Meet regularly with the Support and development team to gather work status and monitor progress and obstacles. Provide assistance and guidance and ensures work information, ideas and technology flow freely across teams. Develop complete test scenarios and execute same to verify system functions as designed. Technical Experience Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or another related field. Or equivalent work experience. Typically requires 7 or more years of IT experience with 4 years supporting multiple business areas and technical solution development or management. Requires excellent analytical, organization and communication skills. Requires in-depth knowledge of system analysis and configuration, and IT processes and technologies. Require good working knowledge of SQL Server and understand database metrics and be able to analyze results from SQL Profiler. Requires working knowledge of IIS / Tomcat / Websphere and how a 3 tier web architecture works Knowledge of DB2 400(Iseries) is an added advantage.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
