The team focuses on integrating on-premise and cloud-based systems which are the core of the businesss operations. The systems administrators primary responsibilities include 1) automated script design, 2) building, deploying & maintaining WebSphere, IIS, Tomcat & Apache & other J2EE-based application server environments, and 3) performance monitoring & troubleshooting application environments. In addition, you will be asked to analyze system components to find causes of errors and revise configurations as needed. The person in this role designs, develops, documents, tests, implements, and debugs new and existing software solutions for large-scale proprietary software for internal use. Serves as technical expert on development projects. Participates in full development life cycle including requirements analysis and design. Writes technical specifications based on conceptual design and stated business requirements. Supports, maintains, and documents software functionality. Identifies and evaluates new technologies for implementation. Analyzes components to find causes of errors and revise programs as needed. Analyzes user needs, system requirements and business processes to determine technical requirements. Consults with end user to prototype, refine, test, and debug components to meet needs. Responsibilities: • Designs solutions after gathering business and technical requirements. • Develops software solutions that are high performing and meet technical standards. • Supports testing and problem solving/debugging of solutions. • Implements software solutions following best practices. Preferred Qualifications: • 7+ Years hands-on experience in Middleware technologies System Administration & Support with WebSphere, IIS, Apache, and/or Tomcat. • Experience with scripting and task automation of deployments, testing, and other routine middleware tasks. • Expertise in WebSphere Application Server, Deployment Manager, WAS clustering, and/or installing and maintaining J2EE based application server environments, Tomcat, IIS and/or Apache 2.x+. • Experience with BPM 8.x+, MQ Series 5.x+, Message Broker, Apache ANT, REST/SOAP.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
