Also, coordinates work teams. Provides technical support to project team members. Demonstrates expertise in a variety of the fields concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. May provide consultation on complex projects and is considered to be the top level contributor/specialist. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. May report to an executive or a manager. Job Requirements Bachelors degree required. Minimum of 7 years in IT industry with focus on development of complex business systems. Expert knowledge and minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in Java, SQL, and RDBMs such as Oracle Experience with designing and developing Java REST services using Jersey Strong knowledge of and minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Big Data with data stores such as DynamoDB, Cassandra and related tools and systems Experience in data modeling for NoSQL databases Strong knowledge of and minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience of working in the AWS cloud environment. Proven experience with AWS services such as Data Pipeline, DynamoDB, CloudFormation, CloudWatch, SNS, IAM, VPC, ELB, EC2, S3 Strong knowledge of continuous integration and deployment, test driven development, and unit test automation • Experience with Tomcat application server • Good communication skills • Experience working in agile software development environment • Expert knowledge of IDEs such as Eclipse and IntelliJ • Experience with tools such as Maven, Jenkins, GitLab, Nexus, Rundeck • Experience in working with and contributing to Open Source Java technologies • Experience in working with high transaction / high throughput business systems • Experience in working in the Healthcare Industry   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
