A critical part of these transformation efforts is understanding our global procurement footprint. The Senior Analyst, Data and Reporting will be responsible for managing and supporting 3rd party solutions for spend management and operational reporting, performing reporting and analysis, as well as data modeling to understand and identify savings and process efficiency improvements for the company. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, comfortable working with all levels of management. The candidate must have strong problem solving and analytical skills with experience collecting, organizing, analyzing, and disseminating information with accuracy in a polished way. The candidate should also be interested and comfortable in using and learning new tools and technologies. Responsibilities: Data Management Proficiency in data extraction and cleansing Supports ongoing data enrichment and validation activities for large amounts of data from various systems Responsible for data collection and data management for monthly and quarterly dashboards Develop data visualization dashboards and decks Through data analysis, recommend opportunities for process optimization Analyze problems with data and come up with creative solutions and methodologies for effective data management Understands reporting solutions such as Bex Analyzer, Power BI, Tableau, etc. Financial & Operational Analysis Create, manage, and distribute operational department dashboards and reports Provides reports on procurement spend and transaction activity as well as user adoption and compliance Monitors category spend Partner closely with IT colleagues who support systems to ensure data accessibility Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps as required Run regular reports using Ariba, SAP, Spend HQ and other systems to gather data Project Management Support Works with leadership on reporting and metrics for presentations and other projects Provide training support on tools used by Procurement department. Develop clear, analytical executive-level presentations with process improvement recommendations and service/KPI reporting. Other Participate in professional development activities to keep abreast of current industry best practices. Demonstrate exemplary integrity and ethics in all instances. Contributes work, ideas and process improvement efficiencies. Takes initiative and shows a drive to achieve/exceed performance objectives. 3 to 5 years of experience working in data analytics Education: Undergraduate Degree (Required) Business/Finance/Marketing related degree (Preferred) Skills: MS Office Suite skills (Required) Excel (pivot tables, nested if function, vlookup, macros) PowerPoint (advanced design/layout) Word Visio Experience in working with ERP solutions (e.g. SAP, Ariba, Oracle) Proficient in Tableau, Power BI, other analytics tools Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skill Strong business problem solving skills Strong interpersonal skills Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills Project management   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
