Responsibilities include: Partner with LOB SMEs to understand use cases - including the context, the topics, and the types of questions they expect users to ask the Virtual Assistant Collect and store data on chatbot performance, customer interaction on live chatbots Work closely with different database owners to ensure data availability Manage production data and data quality to be used for reporting Work closely with bot optimization, SMEs, and other stakeholders to understand their data and reporting requirements Process, design and present data to help stakeholders make good decisions Use data to make recommendations on key areas to focus for improving conversational experience of chatbot customers Ensure that our Virtual Assistant delivers intelligent and intuitive conversations, resulting in a great customer experience on an on-going basis Qualifications Hands on experience with building reports and analytics dashboards Experience working with chatbots, virtual assistants and voice assistants Experience working with and managing large data sets Strong knowledge of Tableau or other popular reporting software Knowledge and understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) disciplines such as Machine Learning or Natural Language Processing Familiar with utterances, entities, intents, classification, annotation, business rules and APIs Experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) industry trends and business applications Ability to be proactive, innovative and creative in meeting customer and enterprise needs Ability to develop and execute business vision, strategies, and goals Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
