As our client continues to enhance and support our Operational Metrics at a corporate level, the Business Intelligence Analyst will have the opportunity to gain familiarity with this data model and build out BI dashboards for their Operational areas. This role will allow opportunities to further develop their technical/analytical skillset and work with senior & leadership teams, getting into the detail of requirements and executing on effective solutions. They will utilize business knowledge & skills to help senior team members ensure success in decision making and draw insights from data visualized. Ideal candidate will have an enthusiastic approach and analytical mindset, with the ability to engage with others is essential as the role will frequently involve investigating processes. In order to be successful, the idea candidate must be extremely detail oriented and organized to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Duties include (but are not limited to): This role will require the SQL BI Developer to work across numerous business areas specifically Operations with the support of their coworkers to impact and build dashboards to enhance departmental performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in identifying and developing business solutions, using queries and analytical tools. The Business Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for keeping up with all deadlines, deliverables, and open lines of communication throughout the organization. Occasionally prepare clear and concise high-level PowerPoint presentations. Help to manage multiple projects, develop project plans and monitor performance ensuring timely completion of projects and appropriate reporting. Gain experience in driving medium to large-scale projects within the organization. Ability to analyze data and provide trending and conclusions. Desired Characteristics: 5-7 years of working experience, or education related experience Demonstrable evidence of and proven analytical and problem-solving capability; including ability to analyze process changes from the business perspective Excellent communications, interpersonal and presentation skills Excellent attention to detail Ability to learn quickly with the flexibility to adapt to change Extensive experience in SQL, Tableau, and SSRS Prior experience with dashboard creation and writing SQL queries is preferred   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
