Our mission is to ensure timely delivery on remediation efforts, offer risk-based implementation guidance, and provide senior level transparency across all initiatives. The Business Systems Consultant role will be working as a team member within the Platform Initiatives team, directly supporting the Platform Initiatives group. The successful candidate will have a strong technology background in infrastructure and/or development; proven ability to lead and drive progress on critical programs; and demonstrated leadership experience across design, engineering, and project roles. The candidate will require the ability to facilitate technical discussions across multiple teams; prepare and present information to senior level leaders; and provide guidance to other members of the Initiatives team both through direct and indirect management skills. To be successful in this role, the candidate will need to quickly demonstrate the ability to navigate the Capital Markets landscape and execute within the standard processes and tools of the Wells Fargo EIT technology environment. A strong partnership with EIT technology teams such as infrastructure, project management, and risk will be of critical importance to ensure successful delivery of the remediation initiatives. This leader will need to be able to execute on tactical delivery while driving the strategic execution of the Platform Initiatives accountabilities. Business Systems Consultant will be responsible for: Presenting senior level initiative status reporting, requiring the ability to analyze data, provide context for LOB CIO leaders to present their portfolio status to senior management, and ensure current updates on a weekly basis Providing redundancy for the Platform Initiatives team to ensure coverage requirements Creating relationships across application development teams to assist in documenting challenges, ensuring proper prioritization of efforts, and escalating engagement across EIT Championing process improvements and automation of repetitive efforts in support of responsibilities Creating and maintaining Tableau reports across distributed teams. Creating and maintaining Excel Power Query and Pivot reports to both leadership and application teams. Required Qualifications 7+ years of infrastructure technology experience, development technology experience, or a combination of both 7+ years of experience supporting technology in a regulated environment 5 + years of direct technology leadership for geographically distributed teams 7 + years of Project Management experience in a technology organization 5 + years of Tableau development and deployment experience 5 + years of Excel Pivot Table, Formula and Macro experience. Desired Qualifications Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Extensive knowledge and understanding of research and analysis. String analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy SQL experience. Identify data sources and data gaps, perform data compares using excel or other querying methods.
