Proven Experience in displaying complex quantitative data in a professional, simple, intuitive ways. Ability to understand and incorporate existing design standards into new Dashboarding standards for the department. Strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate to both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities: •Develop, maintain and manage dashboards and reports in Tableau Desktop and deploy as directed to Tableau Server •Create Data Sources in Tableau Server and manage the certification, update process, and other key data management features •Develop technical requirements and solution documents from functional specifications •Conduct Unit testing to validate solutions meet functional and technical requirements •Assist with integrated and user acceptance testing •Assist with training programs and knowledge transfer to colleagues at NC DIT •Create data visualization solutions in Tableau for public facing ncdot.gov websites.
