Meet with Financial Resources to complete the work Seeks ways to use Microsoft programs to simplify workload in all areas Acts as technical specialist in both modern and classic SharePoint Collaborates to provides technical solutions with known digital tools (specifically but not limited to Microsoft Teams, Microsoft OneDrive, Microsoft SharePoint (2016 and O365) Designs workflows, designing processes for collecting information via forms, alerting changes to SharePoint pages and documents, creating notifications in Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Outlook Supports teamwork and growth through strong collaboration, communication, and accountability Requested Work Products: COE SharePoint Tool Update documentation representing evolving COE processes • Update COE Tool (SharePoint) o Build out Intake form o Integrate Intake Form into COE Tool o Update COE Tool to create tracking mechanism (progression through effort) o Build dashboard functionality for data submitted into COE tool o Build supporting documentation to bring information submitted into COE to the Maintenance Process documentation • Host information meetings and documentation for resources leveraging COE tool Catalog/University • Build landing page for learners to gain access to training deliverables by role/product/area /curriculum • Integrate PDC access to deliverables associated • Host information meetings and documentation for resources leveraging Catalog/University page Maintenance Strategy Needs In support of the recently built out Maintenance strategy • Increase functionality to current Catalog listing (excel doc updated manually) to increase Maintenance program efficiencies • Identify process for collecting feedback from surveys included in coursework • Build form for collecting feedback of VILT and pulling into catalog listing   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
