Responsible for executing performance tests and analyzing and reporting results. Must have a strong understanding of Windows server performance metrics. Works with application development teams to determine root cause and remediate performance problems. Other responsibilities include test planning, test analysis, design and execution according to existing processes and standards. Much have good knowledge of QA methodologies and overall ALM/SDLC. Experience with software test management tools such as QC is required. Exposure to test automation software such as QTP and Load Runner is preferred. Management Skills: Strong communication skills, information gathering, analysis, problem solving and collaboration. Works with little to moderate supervision.
