The candidate will have responsibilities to coordinate user acceptance testing, test applications, track all testing activities during the life cycle of the assigned project, report updates to management, as well as day to day tasks defined for this position. Qualifications: Tester - Conducts automated and manual tests to ensure that the software created/upgraded performs as necessary and meets the user requirements. Develops and maintains user and technical documentation and project process documentation for application teams. Understands the view of applications and/or technology and is able to put procedures in a logical sequence. Senior 60 - 84 Months: Candidate is able to work independently, without assistance and provides guidance to others. May have an advanced education. 72 months experience as a project tester working on complex technical projects with team leadership responsibilities. 72 Months of experience planning, designing, developing, and executing test plans based on business requirements and functional specifications. 72 Months of experience coordinating, tracking, and analyzing testing activities. 72 Months of experience creating user test plans and overseeing User Acceptance Testing. 72 Months of experience using functional and performance test tools 72 Months of experience in using HP Quality Center. 72 Months of experience recording and scripting automated functional tests. 24 months of SQL experience Day-to-Day tasks: Provide guidelines, reviews and support to developers, business analysts, and business users, creating unit tests and integrating into build cycles. Guide teams performing testing activities, including UI automation, integration testing, performance and scalability testing. Develop Test cases per the Business Rules in order to direct others on testing requirements. Review and provide guidance on the test scope and output of testers performing testing. Facilitate, record and capture information from demos and user experience sessions. Create status reporting mechanisms to monitor the status of the above activities. Host integration discussions, with representatives of all test teams, identify and help resolve roadblocks. Ensure that requirements and deliverables are verified and validated at each testing phase and final acceptance. Prepare test protocols and reports which meet regulatory requirements, during the final test cycle. Help keep test processes streamlined for efficiency.
