You will support quality assurance for our clients, who include some of the largest lenders in the United States. In this hands-on quality assurance role, you will help Fiserv to deliver the next generation lending experience for our clients. Essential Job Responsibilities: 1. Work as an individual contributor with minimum support from Management 2. Hands on in analyzing product development design and articulate expected testing approach. 3. Responsible for writing detailed test plans, test scenarios and test cases based on detailed requirements 4. Experience using traceability to support test case creation 5. Experience writing and executing Blackbox, Smoke, Functional and Regression test cases 6. Interfaces with other functional teams on aspects of the feature or sub-system 7. Frequently interfaces with Development, Project Managers and Business Analysts team members 8. Be proactive to take new initiative and drive it to completion 9. Identify project risks and recommend actions to minimize risk 10. Perform other duties as required. Required Qualifications: Job Related Experience: • Experience with automotive lease/loan financing • Experience supporting loan origination testing • Minimum of 1 to 3 years experience in fast-paced software industry with an in-depth understanding of QA methodologies • Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience working on Consumer, Commercial and/or loan origination products. • Minimum of 1 to 3 years experience dealing with 3rd party integration partner (i.e. credit, desktop underwriting,etc…) testing • Actual experience working for a Lender preferred Additional Skills/Knowledge: • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Working knowledge of front-end and back-end applications • Ability to document and track defects, as well as produce detailed reports using defect tracking tools • Familiarity with software development lifecycles • Understanding of Object Oriented design and methodologies • Working experience working with .NET Web based applications • Solid knowledge of web applications • Strong team player yet able to work with minimum supervision • Experience using Visual Studio Test Professional for automation of test cases a plus Fiserv, Inc. is an Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer and maintains a Drug-Free Workplace.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
