Description:

Project Management for a significant project to upgrade the PEBT application and infrastructure of the WRTS system in compliance with ITS standards. Identify and resolve all issues related to hardware and software for the project. Major participation in the creation, monitoring and reporting of required application upgrades.

Day-to-Day Tasks include, but not limited to:

Participate in all phases of system development activities: requirement gathering, design, development, testing and deployment by the following items:
Written reports of user requirements are thorough and complete.
Modifications adhere to prevailing standards, are thoroughly tested, and completed on schedule.
Standard migration processes across multiple environments are followed.
Maintain system documentation including functional and detail designs.

Mandatory Qualifications:

Plans, organizes, and integrates cross-functional information technology projects that are significant in scope and impact.
84+ months-Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field.

Preferred Qualifications:

84 months experience managing multiple entity project teams from development through to a successful production implementation of all software and hardware tasks.
84 months experience with multi entity project teams in the development through successful implementation of multi-year application development and infrastructure projects. Must have experience using industry standard tools and techniques in a Project Management role.
60 months experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary infrastructure rollout projects in a government environment that includes utilizing industry standard system life cycle methodologies, working directly with vendors and cross agency staff to implement a project.
84 months experience of effective team building, facilitation and presentation skills, and the ability to work and communicate with diverse groups.
