Other shorter term projects may include a new java based quoting application, Salesforce custom application, and/or involvement in an eCommerce study/focused on DTNA integrations with a packaged eCommerce tool. Functions: · Provide business systems analysis leadership and guidance for the DTNA Parts Application team. Perform analysis and design on application projects / enhancement requests. · Actively work with customers to analyze business needs, gather and document business and system requirements · Perform As-Is business process analysis and develop creative, best in class To-Be processes · Facilitate IT work estimates · Document use cases/functional designs and closely interact w/ developers · See the solution through to implementation and final user signoff · Facilitate meetings and document outcome · Perform user training when necessary · Troubleshoot application problems and propose optimal resolutions · Understand IT processes and work within designated guidelines · Provide best practices and application knowledge mentorship Required Skills and Experience · Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills · Ability to work with customers, understand their business practices and manage their expectations · Ability to analyze and document business and system processes · Experience writing Use Cases and Functional Designs · Ability to plan and perform testing, including documenting test conditions, expected results, and test validation · Ability to multitask and handle ambiguity · Ability to take charge and lead tasks to completion · Ability to work in a team environment · 5+ years of progressively responsible systems analysis experience or, equivalent work experience · Thorough understanding of the Application Development Life Cycle and the ability to lead efforts in implementing life cycle practices Nice-to-Have · eCommerce systems · Salesforce custom application implementations · Truck/Auto or other manufacturing business process experience · Cognos reporting Notes : Daimler will skip the phone interview and go directly to an onsite interview for local candidate (this is highly preferred for our client)   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
