This position will perform the following activities and examples, as well as other related tasks as the needs arise. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Support Work Modernization Program (WMP) functions through functional testing of the HASTUS Bid and HASTUS Daily modules Review and reference the program requirements and design documentation Develop and document detailed test scenarios and expected results for the HASTUS system, including application changes, security/user permission changes, integrations and reports based on program requirements and/or design Create test data as needed and execute test scenarios according to the test plan Support the end-user acceptance testing through planning, execution and defect resolution Support performance testing as necessary through scenario execution Log and track defects through retest / closure by working with the functional, integration and technical teams as well as with change management and project management as needed EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE • 1+ years of experience with functional testing of an enterprise application Experience with an employee work schedule / time tracking system preferred Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills • Strong interpersonal skills to interact with end-users and WMP team members • Strong oral and written communication skills and detail oriented ACCESS If appropriate, and subject to the applicable laws and regulations, agency will be responsible for providing Consultant with access to all program files, libraries, personal computer based systems, software packages, network systems, security systems, and hardware as required to complete this work order. PAYMENT TERMS This is an hourly rate contract. Invoices will be submitted timely. Invoices will be paid upon approval of the Commonwealth Agency ("Agency") staff responsible for such approvals. Agency shall reimburse the Contactor at the hourly rate set forth above. Upon receipt of a completed invoice and supporting timesheets, Agency shall process the transaction so that payment is in accordance with the terms of ITS63 and the Commonwealths bill paying policy. Consultants shall not work in excess of 40 hours in any week without prior written approval by the Agency. Overtime will not be approved. Payment will only be made for hours worked. No payments beyond the maximum obligation amount will be made unless this SOW is amended in writing. TERMINATION The Agency may terminate this SOW at any time for any reason. Notice of termination will be given by the Agency to the Vendor. Notice of termination shall include a termination date upon which the Consultant must vacate agency premises and discontinue use of agency resources. The Vendor shall be responsible for ensuring that the Consultant adheres to this date and returns any and all Agency property prior to or on the termination date. CONFLICT OF INTEREST The Vendor shall ensure that the Consultant employed under this SOW does not have a direct or indirect financial interest in any contract for inforynation technology related services by a state agency, other than the Consultants employment as a Consultant under this SOW.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
