Additionally the Senior QA Analyst is responsible for identifying and documenting system defects that are found through testing. The success of this role is dependent upon the candidates ability to understand and apply the Test process, and align that with the practical needs of individual IT projects. The Senior QA Analyst must be capable of applying a methodical process to test complex systems. The Tester must also be able to communicate concepts to audiences with mixed levels of technical & business abilities. Primary Accountabilities: This individual works under the direction of the Test Lead to test complex enterprise-wide systems solutions. The primary duties for this position include but are not limited to: Service Orientation Author test cases Execute test cases Identify and document defects found during testing Be available and able to support developers with the reproduction and resolution of defects Ramp up quickly to a proficient level on new processes, tools and technologies Demonstrate high Speed of Delivery Ability to understand business and technical requirements in order to create test scenarios Leadership and Entrepreneurship Recognize that the purpose of technology is to serve the needs of our clients, project teams, and Citrix business objectives. Maintain a cooperative, can do, and service-oriented attitude. Assist IT staff with the application of Test process and technology Professional Communications / Attributes Use mature professional language Demonstrate proficient writing skills (crisp and concise) Qualifications: The Senior QA Analyst must possess strong problem solving and communication skills. The individual must be flexible, dependable, capable of multi-tasking, and quickly learning complex concepts. The Senior QA Analyst will have a solid understanding of: Test process/methodology Test tools (HP Quality Center) Strong SQL or SOQL experience Hand on experience of salesforce.com Solid understanding of Functional testing Must have experience in Siebel (preferred Siebel 8.X version) Knowledge of Avaya system Data Migration: Security-profiles/roles/sharing rules & reports - prior experience with data conversion testing (MANDATORY) CTI Experience with Avaya systems (preferred not mandatory for this work-steam) Knowledge in OBIEE tools The Senior QA Analyst will also have a working knowledge of: Requirements management Design and development strategy and tools Risk identification and management Other Skills: Excellent written and oral communications Ability to be flexible and adaptable when dealing with change Ability to allocate time efficiently; handle multiple demands and competing priorities Strong problem solving skills and analytical ability Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team Requirements: 4-year degree in computer science or related field OR equivalent experience, Worked on prior Siebel to Salesforce.com/Service Cloud conversion projects (preferred) 4+ years in the area of testing 2-4 years of Salesforce.com experience 2-4 years of Siebel experience   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
