The Quality Assurance Analyst also plays a role in providing advice and guidance and monitoring emerging technologies. Drives test strategy conversations and defines individual test cases, integrated end-to-end test scenarios and validation criteria. Analyzes user stories and technical requirements for validity and technical soundness. Ensures system and software quality by writing, maintaining, running, analyzing the family of tests (e.g. unit, functional, integrated, regression, automated, exploratory, performance). Analyzes and synthesizes actual results compared to expected results, troubleshoots and assists in the diagnosis of unintended results, and logs errors to investigate cause. Communicates test results to stakeholders. Supports user acceptance testing as needed. Coordinates testing activities with remote teams as needed. Actively works with less experienced QA analysts providing technical guidance and oversight. Leads troubleshooting of problems and assists in getting problems appropriately prioritized, assigned, fixed, tested, and closed. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent combination of industry related professional experience and education Working experience in software development and/or testing Working experience with software testing tools and processes, testing frameworks, and consumer-facing applications and databases Working experience with regulatory standards testing processes Working experience with creating and maintaining test scripts in an automated testing framework Working experience in delivering software products in an engineering or operations role Working experience in development lifecycle methodologies (e.g. waterfall, agile, iterative) Working knowledge in analysis, design and programming Scrum Developers Certification or equivalent 2-5 Years of Working Experience   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
