With their expertise in a specific technology environment, Applications Consultants are responsible for software-specific design and realization, as well as testing, deployment and release management, or technical and functional application management of client-specific package based solutions (e.g. SAP, ORACLE). These roles also require functional and methodological capabilities in testing and training.

Required Skills and Experience:

You focus on building solutions and on maintaining, optimizing and improving a clients applications and systems. You contribute to a business and technical blueprint and customize the respective Software Package Core Module. You may also be responsible for unit testing, contribute to integration testing, and/or be responsible for the design and delivery of end-user training.

Qualification: Minimum 3 years experience, Bachelors Degree.
Certification: Should have or seeking SE or ERP/SAP Level 1.
Should be proficient in Package Configuration.
Should have progressing skills in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Architecture Knowledge, Technical Solution Design and Vendor Management
The Role is primarily of a Senior TIBCO Software Developer. The candidate is expected to have strong skills in the following:
TIBCO Businessworks 5.x
TIBCO EMS 8.x
TIBCO HAWK 4.x
Linux platform 5.x
Java, XML, EDI, Web Services, SSL, Basic SQL
Demonstrate understanding of IT Architecture and IT systems
This position participates in all phases of the software implementation process including both package and custom development. Software development processes will include requirements gathering and analysis, functional design, technical design, coding, testing, implementation, and post implementation support .

The applicant for this position must be seasoned in written and verbal communication skills. This includes the ability to communicate technical requirements and changes to non-technical clients in a way that they can understand. Experience in the following technologies is a must: EAI, TIBCO Business Works, TIBCO Administrator, TIBCO EMS, TIBCO Hawk, SOAP and XML. Experience in the following tehnologies and processes is a plus: EDIFECS, EDI, SDLC, and ITIL.
This position requires managing multiple issues with offshore resources, project teams, clients in a multi-vendor IT support environment. Interaction, scheduling and the ability to ensure end results are met within requested time frames will be expected.
This position requires direct contact with the end users, IT staff and internal team members. Remote contact to offshore team members and Infrastructure Management, DBA and Help Desk is also required.
