The NJ Judiciary is seeking a skilled, experienced and energetic consultant who is well-versed in the TIBCO WebFOCUS 8 tools and architecture. The candidate will be a resource for ensuring the TIBCO WebFOCUS environments areconfigured accurately for current capacity. The consultant will aid in planning and the development of environments that will support the growth and reliability of judiciary reporting requirements. Full Description The consultant must have a broad range of skills, a thorough knowledge of WebFOCUS reporting, internals and architecture. - The candidate should have a working knowledge of the WebFOCUS Client and Reporting Server Administration Consoles. - An understanding of WebFOCUS Security would be a plus. -The consultant will be responsible for evaluating current WebFOCUS architecture and make recommendations to improve current performance and accessibility. - The consultant will aid in developing strategies for establishing a Cloud environment to support end- user reporting with InfoAssist and WebFOCUS Designer. - The WebFOCUS consultant will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving production issues related to current and new development environments. This is a professional level non-supervisory position which will require coordination with programming staff and management to document the current WebFOCUS environments and establish goals, timelines, and benchmarks for future AOC WebReporting projects. This person will confer with other business and technical personnel who own data in various other systems stemming from many stored sources of information (DB2, Sybase, SQL, Mainframe Flat Files, REDSHIFT etc.). Proficiencies/Qualifications: • Must have exceptional communication skills verbal and written • Attention to detail and strong problem solving skills • Able to work independently • Possess the ability to collaborate with internal and external groups including vendors • Develop appropriate work programs utilizing time-management effectively with regards to scheduled tasks and assignments • Identify improvements to project standards to achieve high quality services and products • Must be able to compare actual project procedures to the specified standards and procedures • Should be able to demonstrate expertise with the most recent and relevant technologies in the WebFOCUS environment Skills: • Should be able to demonstrate expertise with the most recent and relevant technologies in the WebFOCUS • Demonstrated understanding of TIBCO WebFOCUS tools and architecture • Demonstrated knowledge of design, development and testing of custom applications • Experience working in an UNIX or LINUX environment • Experience working with DB2, Oracle, SQL, Redshift data • Thorough understanding of TIBCO WebFOCUS Internals • Some knowledge of TIBCO WebFOCUS Security and use of SSL • Some knowledge of LDAP • Experience with GUI / User Interface driven by dynamic parameter driven reporting selection criteria • Ability to understand JavaScript / CSS • Business and System Analysis • Report Development Skills – WebFOCUS, SQL or other technology • Experience working in cloud database environments is a plus Responsibilities: • Analyze and document current WebFOCUS environments • Collaborate with application teams to ensure these environments meet reporting standards • Create Business Views for use in end-user reporting • Gather requirements for CLOUD environment   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
