Work with contractors and vendors to complete projects 6. Customer service oriented with on-call experience 7. Utilize ticketing system to coordinate work with the client and track workload Data Center Operations (alternate coverage for all shifts) 1. Network, server, and critical application monitoring 2. After hours helpdesk phone support for city employees 3. Central point of communication during outages 4. Initiate and monitor batch processes with job dependencies 5. Check and invoice printing for the client 6.
