In addition to the responsibilities listed below, this position is responsible for helping application development Teams wherever they are located in the enterprise. This position may also require before/after hours support. Responsibilities: Establishes and maintains the application development environment approach and capabilities to be used with in the enterprise, including working with the customer to obtain and maintain the configuration of tools and services necessary to enable effective application delivery. Responsible for all development tools for all applications, including those used for requirements management, configuration management, build management, test automation, test planning, and execution IBM Collaboration Lifecycle Management is a managed service, where the candidate will test patches/updates, provides problem resolution, trains new features and supports users in the use of development tools used in the enterprise Plans for future integration environment needs based on existing and anticipated work to be performed Works closely with the Waterfall, DevOps, and System Integration & Test Leads to ensure that tools and procedures work together effectively for End to End delivery Coordinates government and/or other providers to ensure that adequate infrastructure and tools are available to support user needs Participates in requirements management, configuration management, test planning, and other software engineering activities as appropriate Minimum Qualifications: Minimum one (1) years experience in one of the IBM CLM providing end-user support. Minimum two (2) years with the understanding of Development disciplines (requirements, SCM, Build and deploy and testing. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Social Science, Education, Business, Health Care or related field and Minimum two (2) years IT experience in a development support. Additional equivalent work experience may be substituted for the degree requirement. ** Preferred Qualifications:** Four (4) years experience with the use of the IBM CLM Suite of tools.
