Duties & Responsibilities: • Assist with the implementation of Workforce Modernization Program (WMP) systems, including, but not limited to, the Daily Operations system and Bid system for Bus, Heavy Rail and Light Rail transportation district in HASTUS software. • Learn and practice user scenarios as part of developing individual expertise in HASTUS software. • Develop and lead training for new and existing WMP software end users. • Support end users on troubleshooting issues. • Act as liaison between areas and project teams to work through issues. • Assist in implementing and supporting future WMP systems, as appropriate. • Respond to each inquiry, whether from a customer, vendor, or coworker in a professional and courteous manner. • Work from different locations in Greater Boston as assigned or directed. • May be asked to work occasional evenings or early mornings with one weeks notice. • Uphold the rights and interests of the Authority while building and maintaining an effective relationship with employees. • Perform related duties and projects as assigned. Minimum Requirements / Qualifications: • A high school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) from an accredited institution with the ability to comprehend, communicate and respond to instructions, orders, signs, notices, inquiries, etc. in English. • Experience in bus and / or subway transit operations preferred. • Two (2) years of software end-user training experience • Ability to develop training materials and lead effective classroom sessions for adult learners. • Excellent organizational, confidentiality, multitasking and time management skills. • Strong computer and analytical skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. • Handle sensitive and confidential information in an appropriate manner. • Have excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills. • The ability to provide internal and external customers with a courteous and professional experience. • Work from different locations in Greater Boston as assigned or directed. • The ability to work effectively with a diverse workforce in achieving team goals.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
