Successful candidate will design, develop, integrate, and support Enterprise Content Management (ECM) system and Bank Conversions. This position needs knowledge and experience in developing document imaging and workflow solutions. Candidate must work with third party vendor to extract documents and meta-data from the source system and import them into target ECM system (FileNet Image Services and FileNet P8). Architect, build, and expand IBM Case Manager solutions using ECM platform. Lead medium to large ECM (IBM Case Manager) projects that impact other applications and technologies. Analyze, design, develop document centric workflow solutions to replace paper intensive business processes. Work with analysts to gather requirements, write technical design documents, test, and implement projects. Perform complex assignments independently, as well as, in large team settings. Work with outside vendor representatives and technical teams that interface with our internal applications. Provide development estimates based on project scope. Learn new systems, applications, technologies, and most importantly business domains. Understand ECM industry trends, standards, and practices as they apply. Trouble shoot and resolve production issues. Enjoy multi-tasking and working in a fast paced environment.
