Description:

Duties/Expectations Include but are not limited to:
* Providing technical assistance in data communications projects telecommunications
* Assist in developing & installing new systems & LANS in a variety of locations
* Assist with new construction cabling to fit the voice and data needs
* Install and troubleshoot personal computers
* Load software & support clients in problems associated with hardware/software; asset management; data collection and verification
* Active Directory management
* Create user accounts and profiles
* Network configuration & installation; Mobile devices (iPhones, Ipads, Android phones and tablets; print management services
* Render assistance to clients in all aspects of printers & operating systems

Required Skills:

* Must have three (3) years of experience in installing and troubleshooting personal computers
* Minimum of two (2) years of experience in the installation/troubleshooting Microsoft Office Suite software on several types of Microsoft based machines running Windows XP or Windows 7
* Minimum of 6 months experience troubleshooting infrastructure problems in an Ethernet environment
Preferred:
* A+ Certification
* One (1) year experience in internet topologies
* One (1) year experience working in state government environment
