Locations included: Troop A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, K, L, W, Training Academy, Brainard, EOC, Morgan st offices, Altobella sites, DESPP headquarters and the Meriden complex Design and Architecture: Consult with DESPP and develop standard configurations of Cisco and Meraki devices to allow for efficiency, redundancy, monitoring and security Consult with DESPP to create appropriate vlan, ACL and firewall configurations as needed to support the rollout and security of the network Implementation: Configuration and installation of Cisco routers, switches, wireless controllers, aps, Meraki firewalls and aps Closure Implementation of equipment and documentation of configurations 9 yrs exp Troubleshooting, repair, construction or support of hardware, networking, and software system. Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures. Experience with one or more commercial infrastructure products. Tactical and strategic technology planning. May have advanced subject-matter expertise in one or more commercial infrastructure products. Has advanced knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures and is able to assist the PE in improving its practices. Is able to complete assignments and exercise a certain degree of creativity and latitude when unexpected situation arise.
