Job Description Developer: Crystal Report Experience, Troubleshooting, System Architecture, IT Service Management ITS ITSM Deploymen

Description:

Day-to-Day Tasks include, but not limited to:

Use Microsoft Visual Studio 2019 to develop/maintain application code using C#.net, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, using .Net framework and/or .Net Core.
Use Team Foundation Server as a source code repository and for tracking and managing project artifacts.
Prepare scripts to create and modify existing Oracle tables, create indexes, constraints, triggers, views, etc., code stored procedures and packages, convert, and migrate data when necessary.
Diagnose and troubleshoot various rules, calculations, and data issues on application reports using Crystal Reports.
Mentor and assist other programmers, both state and consultant, providing guidance for debugging, troubleshooting, securing, and deploying applications, data access, data communications and system architecture configurations.
Work within the IT Service Management System to take in incidents and service requests for the application, as well as request services from other ITS groups.
Coordinate service requests with various ITS personnel for releases and changes for the application.
Diagnose and debug production issues reported via ITSM. Escalate critical calls as necessary and join bridge calls to assist in diagnosis.
Report status of current tasks and outstanding issues to supervisor.

Mandatory Qualifications:

Is involved with all facets of the software development process, including the research, design, programming, testing and implementation of computer software.
84+ Months-Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field.

Preferred Qualifications:

96 Months Experience using Microsoft Visual Studio to develop complex n-tier web browser-based applications in ASP.Net/MVC and/or C# for n-tier web deployment.
96 Months Experience developing and maintaining web applications that utilize modern client-side technologies such as HTML5, AJAX, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap and Cascading Style Sheets.
96 Months Experience with Oracle: Database design and modelling, fluent with PL/SQL coding and debugging, stored procedures, packages, indexes, triggers, creating tables, etc., including the use of a tool to write and test SQL code and manipulate data.
60 Months Experience using Team Foundation Server for source code management and unit testing.
60 Months Experience coding and maintaining applications which contain Health Care data that fall under HIPAA Protected Health Information (PHI).
48 Months Experience in troubleshooting and triaging tickets within an ITSM system such as Service Now.
48 Months Experience writing technical documentation.
36 Months Experience developing applications that utilize .net Core MVC and Angular frameworks.
36 Months Experience developing applications that follow Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0
