Note :5+ Month contract, being brought on to help with holiday efforts. Opportunity for contract extension based on performance. Opportunity to be 100% remote, but will need to work EST hours.

MUST HAVE RETAIL AND ECOMMERCE EXPERIENCE - WILL NOT ACCEPT CANDIDATES WITHOUT RECENT RETAIL/ECOMMERCE EXPERIENCE.

Job Description : It is looking for a Sr. Software/Web Developer with previous eCommerce and Retail experience in Columbus, Ohio.

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for designing, coding, testing and implementing new web applications and components.

Maintains and enhances existing applications.

Provides technical and functional user support.

Troubleshoots and resolves issues surrounding performance, response times, capacity and system limitations. Develops end-user documentation and provides training to the organization as required.

May collaborate with internal business partners, internal technology resources (database, system, networking) and with external vendors.

Update websites to ensure timeliness, data quality, integrity and consistency.

Requirements

Both front-end and back-end development experience

Years of Experience: 5-10 Years

Technical Skills Required

Java

Spring framework

Micro-services development

AWS cloud awareness

eCommerce domain knowledge
