Job Description: Global Pricing Business Analyst - Austin, TX or Maplewood, MN The person hired for the position of Global Pricing Business Analyst will work with IT and 3M businesses on the ERP solution to continually enhance the solution as needed to support and optimize business processes. The Global Pricing Business Analyst will be part of the Transformation, Technologies & Services staff group responsible for leading projects, gathering and documenting requirements, testing system changes, and training/coaching users on the system and business processes; developing into 3Ms subject matter expert. Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: * Work with IT and 3M businesses on the ERP solution to continually enhance the solution as needed to support and optimize business processes * Will be responsible for leading projects, gathering and documenting requirements, testing system changes, and training/coaching users on the system and business processes * Will assist IT with troubleshooting system issues as needed * Will help provide data analysis as needed * Will help businesses define and implement business process changes as needed * May need to be on call at intermittent periods throughout the year Basic Qualifications: * Possess a Bachelors degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution * Minimum five (5) years of experience in a private, public, government or military environment working with pricing solutions * Experience working with Vendavo pricing solution * Ability to clearly understand and document business requirements and process gaps * Experience in effectively planning and facilitating meetings and workshops * Experience in leading new projects * Excellent communication skills Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with SAP ECC * Experience with SAP/Vendavo integrations * Strong analyst skills with experience in analyzing data Agile processes and Jira experience Strong BA with leadership skills/PM Minimal work direction needed, highly skilled and knowledgeable to the position and provides best practicing sharing within work group. Works with client to analyze and define the business process that needs an IT solution. Identifies and documents high-level requirements, maps future state of the solution, and ensures the system/solution meets business and user requirements. Responsibilities: 1. Document and map business process and requirements for the future state of the IT solution 2. Identify and understand the end users need 3.
