Those selected for these positions will perform hands on engineering, testing and technical support for the evaluation/selection and implementation of Cloud encryption technologies specific to various Public Cloud platforms. Participates in interactions with encryption technology vendors – helps to ensure vendor product engineering is in line with the objectives and security requirements of Wells Fargo and coordinates with the vendor support Team to ensure issues impacting Wells Fargo are resolved quickly and effectively. Participates in interactions with technical, engineering and non-technical partners across the Enterprise for the implementation of encryption technologies listed above. Participates in on-call after hours support on a rotation basis with other team members. Required Skill Set/Experience: · 5+ years of Red Hat Linux or UNIX experience · 5+ years of technical troubleshooting experience · Experience with engineering/support of private or public Cloud technology · Experience with or strong conceptual understanding of supporting encryption technologies and/or infrastructure · Advanced problem solving and technical troubleshooting capabilities · Must be organized and have rigorous attention to detail · Proven written and verbal communication skills with both Business/Management and Technical/Engineering resources · Ability to work effectively under aggressive timelines Skills that would be a Plus: · Experience with MySQL or Oracle Database support and specific experience supporting encryption technology, and encryption key management.
