Description :

The Client is seeking an application systems support that has experience in troubleshooting connectivity issues with applications and servers. This position is responsible for the supporting connectivity between laboratory instruments and application systems. The ideal candidate will have prior work experience of Windows 7/10 and server OS 2003 to current, SSL, and user configuration/support for Weblogic server 12c and Microsofts System center configuration manager (SCCM).

WORK EXPERIENCE:
Experience with Windows platforms. 5+ years experience in Windows 7 to current, windows servers operating systems 2003 to current, updating and renewing SSL certs, DHCP, DNS, Active Directory, TCP, HTTP/HTTPS, Experience with Microsofts System center configuration manager (SCCM), and Microsoft PowerShell scripting.

JOB DETAILS, TASKS, AND RESPONSIBILITIES SPECIFIC TO THIS REQUISITION:
This position will be responsible for the onsite troubleshooting and support for laboratory equipment interfacing with application systems including but not limited to answering help desk inquiries, resolving communications issues with computer, network, system application and instruments.

The position requires a detailed understanding of WebLogic Application Server Clustering for High Availability, Knowledge in Node Manager Configuration, remote managed server start and stop, SSL communication between admin server and node manager

-Experience in finding the Memory Leaks and adjusting the JVM Heap Sizes and GC Parameters,
-Experience in Investigating and resolving performance issues by analyzing thread dump, GC values and heap dump,
-Experience with configuring SSL: 1- way SSL and 2 - way SSL configuration,
-Extensive working experience on performance tuning (JVM options, Load Runner), load balancing, connection pool, multi pool, JMS message Queue and Monitoring, and Knowledge of configuring Web Server plug-ins (APACHE, Tomcat) for the Web Logic server.

Create and maintain knowledge transfer documentation. Ability to communicate effectively in both spoken and written English.
