Guide and manage the RPA solution preparation and delivery. Design and automate using design principles of industry standard RPA solutions, which is reusable and scalable in multi robot/runner situations. Perform code reviews and provide feedback. Identify new process opportunities and accurately analyze and estimate new processes, quickly assessing feasibility. Responsible for designing efficient, resilient, scalable, secure and reusable Blue Prism design standards Identify and communicate the technical infrastructure requirements. Design Blue Prism process solutions in accordance with standard Blue Prism design principles and conventions. Configure new Blue Prism processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand. Create and maintain solution documentation. Support existing processes and implement change requirements as part of a structured change control process. Problem solving issues that arise in day to day running of Blue Prism processes and providing timely responses and solutions as required. Support the Operational Teams during the UAT and rollout phases Provide guidance, Training and up skilling the development team as required Capture, share, Implement the best practices Essential Qualifications Extensive (3-5 years) experience in implementation and delivery of RPA tools like BluePrism and/or UiPath. .Net experience (.Net, C#, Entity Framework) with at least 6 years of experience for development work in .Net technologies. Sound knowledge in Distributed Application Architecture, 3/N-Tier & Client-Server Architectures Good working knowledge of SQL database and OOPs Programming. Ability to think out of the box to design, build and implement solutions across various business lines. Minimum 8 to 12 years of experience in leading a team of trained resources, solution design, delivery, and effective partner communication.
