May also serve and/or assist as a User Acceptance Tester (UAT) on upgrades and enhancements working with the third-party vendor, as needed Internal contacts include associates at all levels within the organization, in multiple departments and locations. Resource should be able to function as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duty assigned to best serve the company.
