A Systems Test Lead plays the lead tester role and is responsible for overseeing the effort for testing, validating, and reviewing the functionality of various ODM Information technology Services (ITS) Projects. Examples include software development projects, IT Infrastructure projects and COTS products implementation. Responsibilities include conducting requirement analysis, defining test strategy & design and leading execution efforts to guarantee superior outcomes. The tester should have proven experience with Testing CRM based and or Web based applications. This position functions as a member of the Medicaid ITS Team, reports to the ITS Manager, and works with ITS Development teams. Responsibilities Work with internal stakeholders and team members to create innovative high quality and defect-free solutions to meet our clients business needs. Manage user testing to include developing test plans, creating user tests, cases, document test procedures, expected results, and defects Assist in several automation framework/infrastructure enhancement tasks Lead and manage testing activity for assigned automation infrastructure and conversion initiatives Possess a complete and in-depth understanding of the Engineering and QA toolsets and be able to train and mentor Review test automation industry tools and best practices to make sound recommendations on how we can enhance and streamline current testing framework and processes Design an optimal test environment to simulate real-time scenarios. Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, configuration, and user guides. Job Duties Serve as System test lead for major applications; Define, plan, design and execute tests; Prepare and manage statistical and status reports for unit managers and higher level managers Research and review system design and technical documentation to develop detailed system test estimate, design, and planning documents Develop and maintain: System & UAT test plans & scenarios and manual and automated scripts Execute manual and automated functional, regression, Integration, and performance tests, analyze outcomes, and support resolution to successful completion of tests Document and communicate test status and results; Track, report and validate defects and work with the team on resolution Ensure consistency of data, map all integration sources, and identify obstacles as part of Integration testing Conduct role-based testing to ensure compatibility with organizational profile policies Assist in the planning, creation, and control of the test environments Ability to work in both agile and waterfall Methodologies Contribute to test framework design across the enterprise application suite that maximizes maintainability and speed of executionContribute to design and implementation of supporting processes and tools that drive effective test automation delivery (source code management, code review, agile development, etc.) Review test automation industry tools and best practices to make sound recommendations on how we can enhance and streamline our current framework and processes Prepare and manage System & UAT test data Coordinate and manage end-to-end UAT testing activities Attend project meetings and debrief management and team members on meeting content Work with Salesforce/Web Architect and Business Analysts to understand the overall architecture and how each feature is implemented Conduct cloud-readiness assessment and Tool evaluation be   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
