1. Development of USE Cases and mapping to BRD( Business Requirements Documents) & TD (Technical Design Documents) requirements
2. Develop the BRD & FSD (Functional Specifications) STP (system Test Plans) and UAT( User Acceptance Testing);traditional waterfall SDLC
3. Each BA applying for these positions should have the foundation background of understanding IIBA principals, BABOK certification preferred and have at least written over 6 BRD, FSD, STP themselves, as an individual contributor, not part of a team
4. Each BA must have a clear concise excellent command of the English language.
5. Each BA must have very good experience in getting requirements in difficult situations
6. Each BA must have 7 plus years experience
7. Each BA must have experience in prototyping tools that are interactive –not static

BA must have experience with the foundation points 1-7 and in addition procurement systems. Configuration management knowledge is highly desirable. Develop in-depth customer requirements documentation for matching our requirements with the application designer and workflow designer tools to configure the system to our needs. Demonstrated experience and the ability to discover cost inefficiencies and complexity associated with redundant procurement management infrastructure. In-depth understanding of enhanced workflows, event driven, and context based escalation is a must. Responsible for BRD, current and future workflow. Gap analysis to configured product. Configuration mapping to the BRD. Data collection and loading, development of use cases, testing prior to going live and user acceptance testing. Knowledge in areas of asset management, work management, materials management, purchasing, contract management and service management are required. Knowledge and working in a SOA environment is highly desirable.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Gathers and documents the detailed business requirements in form of a traceable, testable and verifiable format
2. Applies use cases to fully ascertain the functionality of the system changes.
3. Guides the business to make the appropriate decisions to reach a positive impact to the technology solution
4. Develop and execute system test plans.
5. Define workflow for all assigned projects.
6. Maps business processes and helps to define QA tests with the Quality Assurance team.
7. Make appropriate business decisions that carry the project forward to completion and elevate any concerns of delay to management when necessary.
8. Work closely with all IT Managers involved with the project.
9. Works closely with the business users in identifying business rules to aid in the functional specifications of tasks so that the IT Designers and Developers are able to create programs that fulfill all business expectations.
10. Exposure to Business Requirements modeling techniques including Unified Modeling Language (UML), ) and service modeling
11. Knowledge of integrated business process modeling for operations procedures, including process improvements and efficiencies
12. Familiar with BPEL (Business Process Execution Language) or Business Process Modeling Language
13. Knowledge of how to retrofit traditional applications projects to support an SOA approach to implementation
14. Works closely with the IT PMO manager to prioritize and coordinate individual project tasks and assess time sensitive constraints on development tasks.
15. Alerts the IT PMO manager when Customer Support Requests may impact any project currently in the development or deployment process.
16. Monitor scope creep and "Change Requests" to avoid losing control of project.
