The Digital Channels Group (DCG) is the driving creative and technical force behind our clients website. DCG helps customers realize their financial goals by delivering the worlds most innovative e-banking and e-commerce services, capabilities, and alliances. Our client one of the largest Internet banks in the world with over twenty million online customers. DCG is engaged in a number of highly visible projects to enhance the customer experience across online, mobile, and other digital platforms. The person in this position is responsible for collaborating with Product Managers and Project Managers to manage the migration, optimization, and ongoing updates for strategic public site areas such as Financial Education, Needs Based content, and support for ongoing public site optimization efforts. The successful candidate must be a self-starter able to dive in, resolve ambiguity, and achieve results. The candidate must also have a high attention to detail with proven success in working with multiple stakeholders, managing and meeting deadlines, plus digital experience in the financial services industry. Responsibilities: Provide product management expertise in public site initiatives towards the migration, optimization, and ongoing updates for key strategic public site areas Analyze pages and other online documents on the legacy platform and disposition them either for migration to the new platform or sunset Manage the end-to-end process for updating content in Financial Education and certain other areas of the public site Create detailed content decks (e.g., body content, links, metadata, disclosures) used for publishing new content Consolidate feedback from business, legal, and technology representatives Collaborate with Line of Business and DCG legal and compliance teams as needed to capture all required approvals Work with social media partners to broaden awareness of certain key public site content Create and manage the calendar for updates to Financial Education and other public site content updates Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) of public site pages in development Become well versed in the public site design frameworks Provide status updates as needed to Product Managers and Project Managers, including post-launch metrics analysis   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
