Performs domain maintenance. Architects, supervises and participates in the implementation of technologies and platforms. Assists with planning and implementing systems and network integrations. Documents the design, operation and troubleshooting of technology platforms and procedures. Engineering resource augmentation throughout UCCE migration. Work with vendors, clients, carriers and technical staff on VoIP implementation, optimization, security and ongoing management. This includes but is not limited to troubleshooting infrastructure and services including Cisco ICM, UCCE, CUCM, CUC, CUIC, CUPS, CUBE, CVP, Finesse, Jabber and all other Unified Communications applications Engineer, configure and lead the deployment of Unified Communications infrastructure and call routing solutions Design, build and implement call routing solutions from user requirements and provide appropriate support documentation Perform analysis of the operational problems as well as provide highest-level crisis management Characteristics Must be able to continuously prioritize activities in a dynamic landscape Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously from various business partners, adhere to design specifications and meet aggressive deadlines with minimal direction Self-starter that takes ownership for keeping abreast of new technology developments for current and future applications to job duties Perform duties in the most efficient and cost-effective manner possible and provide regular status reports on tasks accomplished, current issues and progress toward goals Minimum Qualifications Extensive experience with Ciscos collaboration suite of products such as Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Cisco Unity Connect, Cisco Meeting Server (previously Acano) Solid experience with Cisco Voice Gateways Experience with Avaya integration with a Cisco ICM environment Solid experience in dial plan designs and implementations Application integration experience related to Avaya OneX, Cisco Jabber, Microsoft Skype for Business, etc. Proven ability to work business requirements into solutions that map to technology capabilities and integration with existing infrastructure Understanding of Agile principles in managing DevOps continuous process flows Demonstrated ability and experience in working with vendors and service providers Excellent communication (written, verbal and presentation) skills Advanced problem-solving orientation and decision-making skills Strong network, voice and video engineering experience with a variety of vendor solutions Education/Certification Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Telecommunications 5-7 years of IT experience with a record of progressive career growth CCNA/CCNP or CCNA/CCNP-Voice (or equivalent experience) Technology Platforms Experience with the following technologies: Voice /Video / Data convergence technology solution and deployment strategies of Cisco UCCE, Cisco ICM with a variety of third-party integrations Avaya Aura Platforms including Avaya Session Manager, Communication Manager, Call Management Systems, Voicemail and Context Store Familiarity with third-party application integration with Virtual Hold Technologies, Aceyus, Afiniti, Aspect, NICE and Verint Skills based routing, precision & attributing routing vectoring and predictive call delivery IP routing and switching with QoS Understanding of Multi-Layer Switch Network and MPLS Network Design, Routing, Traffic Engineering Management Wireless Networking Protocols, Technologies Design and Management Unders   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
