UI/UX Engineer This position works closely with product owners, engineers, internal operating teams to design usable, cost-effective, and functional products that satisfy the stakeholders. RESPONSIBILITIES: Apply modern UX design principles to produce usable and intuitive user interfaces for the suite of enterprise apps used by the pharmacy Work closely with product teams to understand user needs, iterate on designs based on feedback, and ensure adherence to brand and engineering standards Create wireframes and prototypes to communicate the workflow and design for the applications Clearly communicate design solutions to engineers and stakeholders using appropriate verbal and non-verbal styles Collaborate with the greater UX Design team to ensure visual cohesion and engineering efficiency across multiple applications Help build out design processes, tools, and culture for UX Design team within the organization REQUIREMENTS: Background in designing digital products for enterprise-level web applications Knowledge of the entire design process, from problem-solving to detailed UI and visual design. Ability to create high-fidelity mockups and prototypes of your designs using Sketch, Axure or similar tools. Excellent communicator of your ideas, designs and thinking. Ability to collaborate effectively with product managers and engineers to create functional designs that meet business and technology needs Experience with material ui and storybook a plus Curious self-starter willing to continuously learn new concepts and processes Languages Must have English Native or bilingual proficiency   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
