This person would also take on testing responsibilities, such as, defining a test plan, writing test cases and scenarios and have the ability to use ALM to create defects and execute test cases according to written requirements. Applies subject matter knowledge to simple to intermediate complexity business issues, and is able to grow as a subject matter expert. Frequently contributes to the development of new ideas and methods. Works on simple to intermediate level problems / projects where analysis of situations or data requires excellent problem solving skills. Exercises independent judgment within broadly defined policies and practices to determine best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives from a client business perspective. Contributes ideas and solutions for process improvements. Able to represent the organization to external customers/clients. Education and Experience Required: - Bachelors degree and 3 or more years of experience in a software development organization or Masters degree and a minimum of 1 year of experience. - Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills - Self-starter, motivated - Strong Analytical and Problem Solving Skills - Interacts with the client and product team to gain an understanding of the business and technological requirements - Strong leadership skills are desired - Experience with healthcare a plus - Experience with UML Use Cases a plus - Experience with ALM (Quality Center) a plus - Working knowledge with Web Based User Interface Design - Experience with testing and test methodology - Ability to identify, write and test defects - Scope analysis and understanding - Requirement analysis, definition, writing and editing - Understanding of business process and data flows - Understanding of System Development or Application Development Life Cycle - Data analysis - Microsoft Office and MS Visio - SQL Plus, SQL Developer or other SQL scripting Tool   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
