Need this person to join the team to increase the delivery pace. TOP NEED **JBPM - core area they are looking for. Based on Java, so they need to be very skilled with Java. JBPM (Red Hat version has only been around for 2 years) - 2 years its been around, as much experience as possible will be good. Previous JBPM was opensource. -DataBase - Any knowledge with a Graph Database (TigerGraph is preferred) -Kafka and other technologies - Lower in priority, but really nice to haves. Kafka will help for sure. -This team will own JBPM - How to connect it, how to work with the data, this team will not be involved in configuring cloud or anything. -How this will be hosted in the future? - not sure, will be leaning on the enterprise architecture team for this, this current team will own the JBPM. Success factors - Success of team. Team goal is deliver prototype. This person should help to get this prototype complete ASAP so they can implement for the rest of the year. Help the team with HOW they can do this the most efficient way possible. Phone or Skype interviews right away. Then remote work after onboarding. 2 rounds of interviews. Technical then with the PO and key team members. OPEN TO REMOTE right away, then eventually come onsite when things move back to onsite. Experience in developing BPM applications using JBPM. * Adept at analyzing and developing UML Use Case diagrams, Sequence diagrams and Class diagrams. * Experience in Design, Analysis, Development, Deployment and Maintaining of BPM application using JBPM Business Suite. * Experience in generating Work Flows, User Forms, Gateways using JBPM. * Monitoring JBPM work flow and application, database performance in UAT region * Hands on experience on JBPM.
