Job Description : Seeking a Systems Analyst, focused on the design and delivery of solutions that enable business groups to participate in social media on behalf of the company. In this role, you will be responsible for: Business, System, and Process Analysis: Resource is responsible for planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of highly complex business problems to be solved through strategic solutions; producing documentation that defines system design; producing system configuration UML models - both dynamic and static of extensible solutions; producing documentation of implemented configuration changes, acts as an internal consultant by evaluating current processes and recommending new solutions that reduce costs or extend current capabilities. System Configuration and documentation, Testing, and Training: Resource is responsible for the full lifecycle of configuring, documenting, testing, and training end-users in order to meet the needs of the business. Configuration includes such items as roles and permission management; automated rules management; standardized dashboard/queue structures; etc. Testing includes creation of test data; simulation of scenarios; documenting and addressing defects; etc. Training includes producing demonstrations as well as hands on training scenarios in order to prepare end-users for platform onboarding. Production Support and Maintenance: Resource is responsible for 24x7 production support for Social Relationship Platform end-users. This is a revolving responsibility that involves monitoring support team mailbox and being “on call”; evaluating issues; coordinating with the vendor and/or internal teams to perform root cause analysis; advising on platform solutions; maintaining full documentation in issue tracking software; updating business/system requirements as appropriate; providing communications to end-users on issue status and resolution; maintaining audit log for all issues. You will be engaged throughout the full project life-cycle, work directly with representatives of all organizational areas, and be considered a subject matter expert. Candidates should be self-starters, able to multi-task, work extremely well under tight deadlines in a fast moving and quickly changing environment, and be comfortable working with large, multi-disciplined technology and business teams. Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: digital customer experience, digital product/program management, digital platforms, or digital consulting Desired qualifications 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Visio 1+ years of experience with social relationship platform configuration (Sprinklr, Spredfast, Salesforce, Brandwatch, NetBase, etc.) 2+ years of experience in social media including a deep understanding of social channel capabilities and APIs 1+ years of experience working with social for content management including publishing, listening, advertising and sentiment analysis Solid Knowledge and understanding of and practical experience using industry-standard SDLC methodologies, with a focus on Agile methodologies Proven experience working within an Agile Framework Experience and understanding of the needs of a Marketing organization in the social space Ability to define and implement robust reporting solutions that support a Marketing organization Experience with a broad range of development, testing, issue tracking, communication, and other tools in order to support day-to-day platform operations Ability to take complex problems and decompose them into well organi   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
