Assesses and communicate technology impacts on the business. Provides technical expertise and consultation in analysis, design, and development of business applications Integrate activities across IT departments to ensure successful implementation and support of project efforts. Performs software evaluations and make recommendations to management. Collects and analyzes business requirements for large, multifunctional projects. Performs feasibility studies and translates requirements into appropriate design. Identifies conflicting business practices and integration issues and suggest alternative solutions. Creates architecture views and models to describe solutions. The list should include experience with: UML Business Process Modeling Sparx Enterprise Architect tool or a similar UML modeling tool Microsoft Office 2007 Microsoft Visio Heterogeneous computing environments And some familiarity with one (or preferably, more) of the following technologies: .NET Java SOA Distributed processing IBM Mainframe (Cobol, C++) SAP They are looking for someone who can provide a conceptual and technical approach who can come in, understand and evaluate. They are looking for a problem solver who can pull together the different subject matter experts/resources. This person will understand different standards and review data, attend workshops & noting issues, will have a familiarity with UML & pattern matching, work as a mediator, interface between systems, understand DATA and the flow of DATA based on business capabilities.
