Required Skills and Experience: You are learning and developing the knowledge, technical skills and core consulting behaviors required to succeed in Application Services. You learn an appropriate methodology and acquire knowledge of either a business domain; a Package Based Solution; or a technical tool / programming language. You demonstrate flexibility and versatility in meeting objectives, and should be able to manage your workload and update management on task progress. Qualification: Minimum 2 years experience, Bachelors Degree. As a Business Analyst 1 you should have baseline skills in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge and package configuration. PeopleSoft Functional Business Analyst. Banking/Finance Background. Experience with PeopleSoft System in terms of Functional, Technical, integration. The successful candidate should have the following skills: PeopleSoft Functional Business Analyst. Banking/Finance Background PeopleSoft GL, AR, Billing, Expense Functional. requirements determination, gap analysis, business process reengineering, issue resolution, configuration, custom code specifications, training, go-live assistance and post implementation support, PeopleSoft Query, nVision, UPK Excellent written and verbal communication skills Change / Ticket Manangement experience required Excellent written and verbal communication skills Project development Planning and Evaluation PeopleSoft Functional Business Analyst.
