Analyze IT training requirements to determine types of documents needed. Collaborate with IT analysts and developers to collect and interpret information. Design, develop and deliver end-user training materials, user guides, class room exercises and student assessments using Oracle UPK. Deliver blended ERP learning solutions (web-based training, instructor-led training) utilizing Oracle UPK. Configure and or modify Oracle Financials, Supply Chain and Manufacturing modules. Plan, design, research, write, and edit a range of scripted documents, including user guides and manuals, training materials, user policies, and proposals, for both print and online media. Establish, communicate, and maintain documentation standards, and provide training where required. Maintain accuracy of all documentation. Create and populate Oracle test instance with training data. Work independently to deliver a solution on time. Assist with projects as may be required to contribute to efficiency and effectiveness of the work. Work outside the standard office 7.5 hour work day may be required.
