Job Description Developer: URS, Planning Skills, BI, Analytics Developer

[Must Be Our Own W2]



Title: Sr. Consultant, Strategic Planning & Execution

Run/facilitate future process design sessions for the following business processes:

o Manage customer material data

o Manage customer catalog

o Establish process objectives and measures

o Produce process KPIs / metrics / analytics

- Complete process design documents (PDDs word doc.) for the above processes

- Complete process flow diagrams (PFLs in ARIS) for the above processes

- Complete user requirements (URS in HP ALM) for the above processes

- Complete data section within each of the process design documents (OTC has 38 total)

- Participate in data leads weekly meetings (Thurs. AM) and become part of the data community

- Work closely with the master data team to ensure alignment for master data and process master data

- Work closely with business intelligence and analytics (BI&A) team to ensure alignment for process reporting and KPIs
