International travel is inherent requirement with this role, at least 25% of the time. You are a leader with vision. Your eCommerce acumen, shopper empathy, and technical depth carry weight when working across business units in the organization. Position Description Drive short-term and long-term product vision & roadmap that consider user needs, business impact and the broader competitive/market landscape. Manage product lifecycle from customer research and concept development through execution, analysis and iteration. Develop clear and compelling product requirements / user stories for new and existing product initiatives Analyze product metrics and proactively identifying opportunities to improve product KPIs. Ensure we ship high quality products, in a timely, focused manner, including product prioritization and planning, execution, quality of design and build, set estimates for release, and hitting them. Own funnel metrics for product launches, active users/members, engagement, and satisfaction. Must Haves Degree in a technical discipline Prior experience building and growing eCommerce websites/apps 4+ years of hands-on customer-facing product management experience Preferred MBA preferred Specific experience in mobile apps, shopping journey (search/browse/personalization), and/or checkout optimization Conversational in Spanish.
